Abstract:

Introduction and Objectives:
Crystalline -layer is monomolecular outermost protein layer in Bacteria and archiae, credit of protein or glycoprotein subunits and has crystalline biopolymer structure, Crystalline -layer with protect Bacteria to phagocytosis and prohibition entry some biomolecul -for example Antibiotics- and adhesion to matrix proteins, is on of virulence agent and S-layer producer Bacteria are more pathogen to other Bacteria, Crystalline -layer have application potential in biotechnology, molecular nanotechnology, and biomimetics.

Materials and Methods:
In this research study 26 Bacillus cereus strains. Identification of Bacteria, were performed with microbiological methods: staining, chemical test, use of differential and selective media. Isolation Bacillus cereus strains, performed with Bacillus cereus Selective Agar, for preparation samples, cultured Bacteria in TSA, for 16 hour, in aerobic condition then separated surface proteins and in last, specimen's electrophoresis with  molecular weight marker. Crystalline -layer in Bacillus cereus has 97KD molecular weight. Survey strain resistant pattern into Antibiotics was performed according to Kirby Bauer method.

Results:

From 26 Bacillus cereus strain, 14 strain production Crystalline -layer and 12 strain don’t have Crystalline -layer. According to result, strain producer Crystalline -layer, in comparative strain non producer Crystalline -layer, was more sensitive into antibiotics.

Conclusion:
Crystalline -layer with preventing entry antibiotics, due to antibiotic resistant in Bacteria. with regard to this point that, Penicillin, Tetracycline and Erythromycin  are selective Antibiotics for cure Bacillus cereus infection, have splay effect in patient and is necessary go on to reduce transfer virulence agent and antibiotic resistant in pathogen Bacteria.
